We are consulting on proposals for a new housing development in Beckenham.
The proposed new development would provide 35 new homes consisting of a mixture of one, two and three bedroom homes in addition to accessible homes, all of which would be affordable at a social rent level. The plans also contain proposals for affordable workspace provision and new landscaping around the building.
