The Council proposes to refurbish the Crofton Roman Villa between late 2025 and early 2026 including:
- Replacement of roof, doors and windows
- New internal and external fittings, finishes and public signage
- New accessible toilet
The exhibition design proposes to include:
- External signage, graphic treatments to windows and interpretative planting at entrance
- External and internal murals
- Internal educational panels carrying graphics, models, replica objects and interactive material
- Internal furniture and lighting
