Use this form to submit a complaint to the council about a high hedge, under Part 8 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003. It should be completed by the person making the complaint or their representative.

Once we have received your form and evidence we will send you a link for payment, our current fee is £500.
Please note that each complaint will consider the effects on one property only. Where there is more than one complainant, i.e. more than one property is affected by the same high hedge, a separate complaint would have to be submitted with a separate fee for each. Therefore, you are advised to submit one complaint, choosing the property most affected as the subject.
