Annual residents' satisfaction survey
The annual residents’ satisfaction survey for recycling and waste collections gives the council and its service partner Veolia valuable insights into the ongoing waste collection services we provide to all areas of the borough.
This survey gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts on where services could be improved to accommodate your recycling and waste collection needs.
Bromley is still London’s top recycling borough, with our recycling performance figures showing that:
- 48.7 per cent of the borough’s waste was recycled in 2022/23.
- The remainder of the borough’s waste is mostly sent to an Energy Recovery Facility.
- Virtually none of our waste is being sent to landfill.
The council continually looks to improve on the results we have achieved, and feedback from this survey will help to enhance the services we provide.
Veolia will collect all data from this survey and analyse it thoroughly, which will inform them of what changes, if any, can be made.
The recycling and waste collections satisfaction survey is open from 25 November to 23 December 2024.
You can share your feedback with us by completing the two-minute survey.

Bromley Council is also keen to hear residents’ feedback on the Street Cleansing going on in the borough. This includes information on the ongoing cleanliness of roads, pavements, paths, and town centres. This also gives valuable insights into where services can be improved to accommodate the needs of the borough.
Residents can head to the street cleansing residents’ satisfaction survey page to take part.
