You can use this form to make a formal complaint about a licenced premises.
We aim to investigate complaints as efficiently and fairly as possible in line with our procedures. It is not possible to investigate every complaint made, however, complaints information will be attached to the premises of concern to build a history of incidents which can be used if required should further complaints be received or incidents recorded.
Please note that anonymous complaints will not be taken as we need to know who is affected by the problem and we may need to gather further information on the issue being raised.
