The council will always look to use its full range of enforcement powers where they exist to help protect and support residents and the borough. Where there is evidence, we will prosecute where and when needed, which will also act as a deterrent to others.

You can help by reporting enviro-crimes where you come across information, by reporting Blue Badge misuse or report fraud so that we can investigate. 

We will also take action where needed from a planning perspective. If you suspect that there has been a breach of planning control that we need to investigate, please contact us. You can also report problems and raise concerns.
