Bromley Council's new Civic Centre is at Churchill Court on Bromley High Street, following the cost-saving move to relocate our headquarters.
Visiting us
Churchill Court is located in the heart of Bromley town centre, conveniently placed for public transport, both trains and buses.
The main reception can be found on the high street opposite the Police Station and near Bromley South train station. Please book an appointment if you need to visit our customer service centre and register office.
Please note our offices, main reception and contact centre are closed on Wednesday 25, Thursday 26, Friday 27 December and Wednesday 1 January, with our website still providing key information at all times.
There are various options for parking in the town centre, including the multi-storey car park located at Stockwell Close across the road from the Glades. The closest car park to the Churchill Court is the St Mark’s underground car park, with on-street parking bays available nearby.

This is the council’s address for post going forward, with post being re-directed from previous addresses as needed during the transition.
Committee meetings
All council committee meetings are now being held at Churchill Court following the opening of the new Council Chamber.
New facilities such as temperature control, a digital hearing loop and a wireless microphone system can now be enjoyed by residents attending these meetings.

Health and wellbeing centre
A state-of-the-art health and wellbeing centre, including a GP surgery, will soon be housed at Churchill Court as part of the wider Civic Centre site, which will become a focal point for local services.
Former Stockwell Close Civic Centre
The Council have accepted an unconditional offer for the sale of the former Civic Centre at Stockwell Close thereby generating long-term savings.
The Bishop’s Palace forms part of the civic centre site and is Grade II listed, which means strict planning restrictions and regulations are in place to preserve its historical significance.
