Appeals
If you disagree with a Bromley Welfare Fund decision you can ask for an explanation of the decision or appeal.
Bromley Welfare awards are not subject to a statutory appeals process, therefore these will be decided by the council.
You must ask for an explanation or make an appeal in writing to us within 21 days of your decision notice.
