UK Shared Prosperity Fund - Pan London business support
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s levelling up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place; supporting local business; as well as people and skills.
The following programmes are available to Bromley businesses for free.
Property Advice Service
London based businesses SME’s can access free commercial property advice through the Property Advice Service delivered by London Business Partnership, Gerald Eve and the University of Law.
The service offers a mixture of online and in-person advice covering:
- budgeting, including financial forecasting and commercial property finance advice.
- searching for, opening or closing premises including fit out.
- business rates and business rate reliefs.
- negotiating new or renewed leases or licensing agreements.
- property regulation and acts.
- energy and fuel saving strategies.
Webinars and workshops are being held on the following dates, from 10am to 11am:

Grow your business online
The London e-business support programme is a package of free support delivered for businesses in Bromley by South-East Enterprise.
The programme is aimed at helping small business owners in London make better use of digital technology to enhance their online presence, attract more customers, increase sales and improve their business operations.
