Encompass is a new initiative in Bromley. Are you an experienced foster carer? Do you have a spare room? Is Encompass for you?
Encompass aims to train and provide bespoke family units for all children and young people where care is tailored to individual needs. The care provided is therapeutic, specialised and safe, enabling the children and young people to reach their full potential, into adulthood, within a family home. The overall aim for Encompass, is for children and young people to grow and develop in a family home and family environment, with families who understand their needs (including trauma and neglect); who can offer a specialised and therapeutic level of care and are supported by families who are fully committed to caring for them until they reach adulthood.
