We've discovered that a small number of people have experienced irritation to their skin whilst using cream from the above batch. Because our customers' health is important to us we've stopped selling cream from this batch and we're asking customers to return them to us. Please don't continue to use cream from this batch.
You'll find the batch number printed on the bottom of the pot. If you have any cream from the affected batch, please return it to your nearest Boots shop where we'll give you a full refund. No other batches of this product are affected so you can continue to use them.
If you've bought this cream for someone else please let them know about this as soon as possible.
