PRODUCT RECALL
Organic Pumpkin Seeds
This product has been withdrawn from sale as a precaution following the finding of a small piece of glass in two pre-packs of product.
As a precautionary measure, all sizes of the product are being recalled as follows:
Pre-pack - 125g packet, Batch numbers L.0100 - 0 L.0226
Pre-pack - 250g packet, Batch numbers L.0100 - 0 L.0226
Pre-pack - 500g packet, Batch numbers L.0100 - 0 L.0226
Mid Bulk - 2kg, 5kg, 10kg bags, Batch numbers L.0100 - 0 L.0226
Bulk - 25kg sacks, Batch numbers 26/103978, 26/105491, 26/108911, 41012
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PRODUCT WITH THE QUOTED BATCH NUMBERS ARE KNOWN TO BE POSSIBLY AFFECTED.
The public are advised not to consume any product with the affected batch numbers.
Queenswood customers are advised to return these goods to Queenswood Natural Foods for credit. Please inform telesales about any product requiring return so that a collection note can be issued.
