Halo Pushchair Safety Notice
In response to recent press reporting relating to Halo pushchair, Silver Cross would like to repeat the safety notice issued to parents Nationwide in April 2010:
3 batches of the Halo pushchair 150209, 150409 and 150509 manufactured and sold in 2009 were found to have a premature wearing part which in certain circumstances could cause minor injury. As a precaution, if you have a Halo pushchair from the affected batch and have not had the stroller repaired or replaced please contact our customer service teams on 0845 8726900 to arrange corrective action. No other Silver Cross product is affected. Silver Cross take the safety of their products very seriously and this action has been taken voluntarily with the assistance of trading standards authorities.
