We have identified that there is a chemical present in the above product that exceeds limits set out in EU standards. Therefore we raised concern a serious safety issue with the above product which could cause harmful if used incorrectly. The affected batch has a heat applied warning notice attached to it.
We have therefore stopped selling this product and are asking customers to stop using it immediately. If you have one, please return it to your retailer for a full refund. If you know someone else who has purchased this product, please advise them to stop using it and return it.
