offered for sale between March 2011 and May 2011.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY THE PRODUCTS PICTURED ARE AT RISK.
ALL OTHER GARDEN FURNITURE SOLD BY B&Q IS UNAFFECTED.
Despite rigorous checking it has been brought to B&Q’s attention that small numbers of these chairs are failing in use and generating a higher than acceptable level of returns amongst our valued customers.
If you have purchased either of these products between the above dates, then
PLEASE STOP USING THEM IMMEDIATELY
and urgently contact the helpline 0800 389 0419 or return it to your local store where a full purchase price refund will be given.
