Baby highchairs have evolved over the years with functions and features aimed at making mealtimes easier along with achieving a more practical use of the product.
Over recent years a common solution used to fasten the tray to the highchair, when not in use, was to apply special fixtures to the rear legs of the highchair (see image).
This feature complies with the safety requirements imposed by European and international technical standards; however, following some market reports concerning possible accidental impact against the rear support fixtures, Chicco has decided to provide a free kit making the fixtures inaccessible to children, in line with its mission which aims to guarantee constant safety for children.
Chicco invites all parents using a Chicco highchair with this feature to contact its Customer Care service as indicated on the website www.chicco.co.uk . Designated customer care staff will assist you with your request to receive the kit.
