Kooltrade the manufacturer of the Baby Jogger City Versa™ have advised us of a potential safety issue with the pushchair. It has been identified that a component part interferes with the proper functioning of the fold mechanism in a very limited number of the pushchairs.
You have an affected pushchair if you have a Baby Jogger City Versa™ pushchair with the Mft.Date:2012.08.10. The batch details are stamped on the outside of the side-moulding
The safety of our customers and their families is paramount to us. We're therefore asking you to stop using the pushchair immediately and contact us on 0115 9181551 to arrange to return the jogger to us. Alternatively you can arrange to return it to your local store, please call the number above with details of the store you will be returning it too.
