MiTEC is taking the precautionary measure of recalling the above lines after identifying that on a small number of units, the face plate of the plug may detach from the plug body. The issue presents hazard of electric shock to the user.
What you should do:
If you have one of the affected products, stop using the product immediately, isolate the power supply to the product and remove from the socket. Return the MiTEC unit to your nearest Tesco Extra or Superstore and if possible your receipt, for a full refund. MiTEC apologise for any inconvenience this may cause
