, have discovered a potential safety issue with the above product. This affects batch 001-13 and as a precaution all units from this batch are being recalled.
If you have purchased the product since November 2013, please stop using it immediately. On return of the product, please ensure the activator lock is in the locked position. Please return it to your nearest Boots store where you'll receive a refund. If you've bought this for someone else would you please let them know about this as soon as possible.
