ELICA COOKER HOODS
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE.
Despite rigorous quality control procedures, Elica has found that in some instances there is a small chance of receiving an electric shock while using one of their Cooker Hoods.
Only a small number of Elica Cooker Hoods are affected. These are identifiable through the Model Codes and Serial Number Range indicated in this table:

Customers owning one of the affected Cooker Hoods should isolate the Cooker Hood from the electricity supply by switching off the power supply to the Cooker Hood.
The Model code and Serial Number (F.Nr.) of the Cooker Hood are on the rating plate, which can be found on the left hand side of the inner wall, behind the metal grease filters (see illustration below).
If your details exactly match the Model Code and Serial Number Range outlined in the table above, you may have an affected model and require a free repair by one of our technicians.
This issue is isolated to units manufactured between 20th May 2013 and 20th October 2013 inclusive. Products manufactured before and after this date range are outside of the serial number range and are not affected.
