Click Fix 26 – Timber Folding Loft Ladder
Travis Perkins SKU Code – 717732 / Wickes SKU Code - 120-943
We have been made aware that, under certain conditions, the vertical metal pivot arms that fit between the casing and uppermost ladder section may separate and cause the ladder to become unstable.
This issue affects all Click Fix 26 Timber Loft Ladders sold by Travis Perkins or Wickes during September 2014. Click Fix 26 timber loft ladders sold after 1st October 2014 are not affected.
If you purchased, from any Travis Perkins or Wickes store, or had installed, a Click Fix 26 Timber Loft Ladder before 30th September 2014, please contact the Click Fix 26 Helpline number immediately.

Youngman will arrange a free of charge upgrade to your Click Fix 26 loft ladder, or send you the upgrade kit and full fitting instructions. The ladder, trapdoor or casing do not have to be removed.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE YOUR CLICK FIX 26 LOFT LADDER UNTIL THE UPGRADE KIT HAS BEEN FITTED.

This notice affects the following products only:
- Youngman Click fix 26 timber loft ladder purchased during September 2014.
The following products are not affected;
- Youngman Click Fix 76
- Youngman ECO 'S' Line
- Wickes All-In-One Loft Ladder and Hatch
- Click Fix 26 purchased after 1st October 2014
