GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare recalls all MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml ready-to-drink products due to choking hazard risk

GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSK Consumer Healthcare) is recalling all bottles of its MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml ready-to-drink products. This is because the product may contain creatine particles due to re-crystallisation. This means the product is a possible choking hazard and may cause injury to the mouth.

The product being recalled is:

Pack size: 330ml
'Best before' end: all date codes

If you have bought the above product, do not drink it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought from for a refund.
