Some consumers of the Dimples car seat may have had an issue with the seat belt installation on the products below.

To provide reassurance and to enhance the security of the seat belt installation, Smyth Toys is providing, free of charge, an additional easy fit clip to provide more secure installation. As with various elements of a car seat, such as the harness and seat belt, there may be a tendency for loss of tension. All such elements should be checked periodically to ensure optimum safety.
Consumers can be assured that the seat is fully tested and approved to the current European regulation (ECE R44) and the clip device is an additional tested safety measure.
Smyths Toys encourages all those who have purchased a Dimples Car Seat as listed to either contact their nearest Smyths Toys store where our staff will fit the clip at our premises or alternatively we can post the clip and its instructions to you.
