141224 ELC Giant Wooden Activity Cube & H2668 Mothercare Giant Wooden Activity Cube
A potential quality issue has been identified with the ELC Giant Wooden Activity Cube (catalogue number 413/5036) and the Mothercare Giant Wooden Activity Cube (catalogue number 397/3938). The products may have been exposed to damp or humid conditions, which could lead to mould forming.
In response, Early Learning Centre and Mothercare are recalling all activity cubes with batch codes GJ09-15-D1 for the ELC product and with batch code GJ11-15-D1 for the Mothercare product. These were sold in Early Learning Centre stores, Mothercare stores or online through Argos stores.
This recall only affects the products with the batch codes shown and no other activity cube or other Early Learning Centre or Mothercare product is affected.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
We are instructing all customers to return the item to your nearest store where you will receive a full refund.
