Lidl is recalling Vitasia 8 Chapattis because they contain wheat (gluten) which is not mentioned in English on the label. This makes the product a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy to wheat or an intolerance to gluten.

Pack size: 360g
'Best before' date: 4 August 2016
No other Lidl products are known to be affected.

Our advice to consumers
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to wheat or an intolerance to gluten, do not eat it. Instead return it to the store from where you bought it for a full refund.
Action taken by the company
Lidl is recalling the above product from customers and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. The company has also issued a point-of-sale notice to its customers.
