The following recall has been issued by the retailer:
Product: BOLT AND MITTEN soft toy set (SKU code: 207123015014) sold between 08/07/2015 and 30/09/2016.
This recall is for the BOLT AND MITTEN soft toy set from batches FAC-037902-15118 and FAC-03790215212 (visible on label). The black plastic nose on the Bolt soft toy (dog) contains chemical substances exceeding regulatory limits. The Mitten soft toy (cat) is not affected by the defect.
Guests are asked to stop using the BOLT AND MITTEN soft toy set and send it back to Disneyland Paris for a refund.
We ask Guests to take any BOLT AND MITTEN soft toy sets back to our stores (in parks, Disney Village or Disney hotels) or send them to us at the following address: Disneyland Paris – Communication Visiteurs, Boîte Postale 100, 77777 Marne la Vallée Cedex 4, France.
As of today’s date, 24 October 2016, we have not received any complaints or been informed of any incident relating to this product.
