Product description
A wooden tray with fifty printed design wooden magnets with magnetic backing.
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as 47 out of 50 magnets were small parts as received, which fit into a small parts cylinder. A young child may put a small part in its mouth and the parents may not notice in time, so the small part can block the child's airways.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Wish).
