Product description
A variety of wooden shaped baby toys, five of which are rattles with painted coloured shapes and a crocheted rabbit
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as small parts can be easily produced if the rattle is used and sucked, as the bell rattle bottom may detach and release the small wooden loops of the rattle. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and the parents / carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child's airways.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Etsy).
