Hazard
The product presents a microbiological risk as it contains Burkholderia, a bacteria which may present a risk to vulnerable people in critical care areas and those with cystic fibrosis.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
Corrective action
Product recall issued across all customers who have affected stock in circulation. Advice is to remove affected products from use immediately. Product will be uplifted by Bunzl Rafferty area representative and returned to site for disposal.
