The ladder is over 3 m and did not include a stabiliser, such as a bar at the base, to widen it meaning it is unstable during use and could cause the user to fall.
The products also required improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.
The products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
