This product presents a serious risk of injuries as the ladder is over 3 m and does not come with a bar-type stabiliser or other device to make the base wider. This would mean that something else would have to be used to secure the ladder, making it more likely a consumer could fall from the full height of the ladder if not properly secured. If the ladder were to collapse while in use, the user could fall and receive serious injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005
