The bunk bed and trundle bed pose a risk of entrapment due to the size of accessible gaps, and do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
The mattress poses a risk of fire as it does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988
