Product description
Wooden cloud shape with coloured or black and white ribbons attached by way of a knot.
Hazard
The products present a serious risk as the shape of the cloud did not meet geometric requirements for a toy of this type, which may result in choking or asphyxiation.
Additionally, if the ribbons on the toy become loose, they could pose a risk of strangulation to children under the age of 18 months due to their length.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
