Hazard
The product is intended to provide protection against electrical hazards however it has not completed the appropriate conformity assessment procedure as Category III PPE to demonstrate that it provides this protection.
The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation 2016/425 when used as intended in electrical environments. The product is only certified as a basic safety boot.
Corrective action
The manufacturer has withdrawn the product from the GB market.
