Product description
A sensory blue plastic octopus toy with a yellow handle and buttons on the forehead, which play sounds or light up when pressed
Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as small screws can detach from the base of the toy during play. These screws fit wholly inside the small parts cylinder. A young child may mouth these small parts and choke.
The products do not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been destroyed. We recommend owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
