The product presents a high risk of injuries as the stabilizers are of a greater size than permitted in the relevant standard. As a result, the user may be insufficiently stable during use, causing them to fall and receive injuries.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
