Hazard
This product presents a risk of choking because the cymbals on some tambourines may become loose and detach, along with the accompanying small metal pin intended to secure them in place. If a child were to put these small parts into their mouth, they could choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011
Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market and recalled from end users.
