Research service
We offer a research service in response to online, telephone, email or postal enquiries.
Searches may be made of the full range of sources held by the service: manuscripts, photographs, microform, books and objects. Our basic enquiry service is free for information about what material we hold, what services we supply and simple research enquiries taking no longer than 15 minutes.
This service is provided to help those unable to visit Bromley Historic Collections in person. We can research any detailed request concerning either family or local history in the area that, since 1965, has comprised the London Borough of Bromley.
The charge is £26.65 per hour, with a maximum of two hours' research. There is no guarantee of any positive result but if that is the case we will try to advise you of other possible avenues to pursue.

Payment
Payment should be made in advance in sterling: you can pay
