An application for a site licence may only be made after planning permission has been granted for the site to be used as a mobile home, caravan and or camping site. Site licences may be issued for residential, holiday and or touring sites.
An application for a site licence may only be made by a person with a title interest in the site or their agent. A site licence holder must be a person with a title interest in the site.
