Local search fees from 1 April 2025
With effect from the 1 April 2025 please see fees as shown for local land charge search requests.
HMRC require VAT to be added to the CON29 element of the searches. Therefore the prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. A breakdown of the fees and VAT can be reviewed via a separate document on the London Borough website.

Documentation revealed on the local land charges register and other planning applications are available free of charge when a full search is submitted. (This is an added value service calculated within the CON29/LLC1 search fee)
Building control documents and enquires are not available from the local land charges section therefore please contact the building control section direct who will advise and charge accordingly.
