The Commons Act 2006

The Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007 Land at Barnet Wood (formerly known as The Bishops Woodlying south of Barnet Wood Road sometimes part of known as Colyers or Coliers Wood), Mazzards Wood, Brook WoodScroggingha/1 Wood, Hayes in the London Borough of Bromley.

The council has received an application from Nicky Brown to register the above land as a town or village green. The Registration Authority, the London Borough of Bromley, has asked Mr Paul Wilmshurst, a barrister, to prepare a report into the application and to make recommendations as to whether the application should be permitted or refused. He will chair a non-statutory public inquiry to be held at Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH commencing on 10 October 2023. The public inquiry is open to the public. If any person wishes to make representations to Mr Paul Wilmshurst please could they write to Ms Abdulkarim at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH or email the council at Mashkhal.abdulkarim@bromley.gov.uk before 6 October 2023. A copy of the application plan and relevant papers can be inspected by prior arrangement with the council.
