A survey seeking the thoughts and feedback on Bromley’s six Children and Family Centres is now live.

Residents and the professionals who support them in various ways are being invited to share their feedback on the services and activities on offer at the Children and Family Centres across Bromley.

These outstanding centres support children under the age of 5 and their families with a range of services and are community hubs where children can make friends and learn as they play, while parents and carers can access professional advice on hundreds of topics ranging from parenting to health and wellbeing, to training and job opportunities, along with many other parents who also take the opportunity to socialise with each other at the centre.

Councillor Kate Lymer, Executive Councillor for Children, Education and Families said, “Our Children and Family Centres offer friendly, non-judgemental family support, just when you need it. These centres are highly commended and played a big part in our ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rating for Bromley’s Childrens Services received earlier this year, and with the feedback and input of parents and carers in this survey, we can continue to make the support and services on offer even better, so please do consider participating in this short survey.”

The feedback received matters and will help to ensure that highly valued sessions continue as well as identify any areas of improvement needed to continue meeting the needs of families who use these centres.

To take part and share your thoughts, please consider completing the short survey.
