Bromley Council is seeking feedback from residents on their health needs and their experiences visiting local pharmacies and using services that are on offer.
Residents are invited to complete the short Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) survey which looks at the health needs of people living in the borough, seeks to find out more about your experiences and views around your local pharmacies.
Councillor Diane Smith, Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health said, “Local pharmacies play a pivotal role in our borough by providing healthcare and support to individuals, families, and carers of all ages. Your feedback combined with the expertise of health professionals and contractors will help this research shape the futures of pharmacies used by residents in our borough. Please consider completing the survey to share your experiences and views by visiting our website.”
The feedback received will help to inform potential decision on future pharmacy services, or considerations for changes and improvements at local pharmacies. Input from residents is invaluable in helping to shape the future of pharmacy services in the borough.
The PNA in the borough of Bromley is produced by Bromley Council, the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB) with support provided from Healthy Dialogues.
