Since 2014, the London Borough of Bromley have made six non-immediate Article 4 Directions to remove PD rights granted under Part 3, Class J/Class O of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended):
The Council has now cancelled these six directions (PDF - 1.83 MB), as they no longer have effect due to changes to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended); and have subsequently been replaced by new Directions which remove Part 3, Class MA PD rights in the same areas.
