The following information explains to suppliers how they can participate should they want to become a supplier to us.
ProContract
If you want to compete for contracts, you can sign up to the council’s e-tendering system called ProContract, which is accessed via the London Tenders Portal.
All opportunities with a value of £5k or above are managed through the ProContract system, many of which will be openly advertised. Signing up is free and easy, and you will be able to receive notifications about relevant opportunities not only from Bromley, but also a number of London Boroughs who use the Portal. We recommend that all organisations interested in doing business with us sign up to the portal. We do not usually respond to unsolicited applications because all advertised opportunities are available on the portal.
Contracts Finder and Find a Tender
Both Contracts Finder and Find A Tender service are online UK government portals which allow suppliers to search for information about opportunities and awarded contracts, and can be accessed for free.
We recommend that suppliers sign up to these portals as the council’s opportunities and awarded contracts can be found here, as well as opportunities UK wide.
