Stopping smoking can be difficult for many reasons, but with the right support it is completely possible, in fact you are three times more likely to stop smoking if you have support.

Where to get support - Smoke Free Bromley: your local stop smoking service
Smoke Free Bromley have trained advisors who can help you stop smoking. You can access face to face or remote support for up to 12 weeks.
This support can include:
- Nicotine replacement options - delivered directly to your home
- Free vape starter kit (for eligible clients)
- ‘Quit with Bella’ app
Please note: The stop smoking medication Varenicline is not yet available for prescription in South East London via the NHS from GP’s or Local Stop Smoking Services. We are awaiting an update from SE London ICS for when this changes.
Face to face support is available at The One Bromley Wellbeing Hub at Bromley Glades, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. At Anerley Town Hall on Monday evenings, and at The Walnuts Leisure Centre, Orpington, on Tuesday evenings.
