The annual residents’ satisfaction survey for street cleansing allows residents to give the council and its service partner Veolia your thoughts about the cleanliness of the borough’s streets and town centres.
This will give us details about the ongoing upkeep and cleanliness of our streets and gives us valuable insights into where services can be improved to accommodate the needs of the borough.
The street sweeping frequency for roads within the borough is at least every fortnight for pavements while roads are swept at least once a month. Streets are swept either by mechanical sweeping vehicles, manual sweeping or a combination of the two operations.
Bromley Council and Veolia always attempt to minimise disruption and where possible, with street cleaning co-ordinated to avoid peak traffic flow and waste and recycling collections.
Veolia will collect all data from this survey and analyse it thoroughly, which will inform them of what changes, if any, can be made.
The street cleansing satisfaction survey is open from 25 November to 23 December 2024.
You can share your feedback with us by completing the two-minute survey.
Bromley Council is also keen to hear residents’ feedback on the recycling and waste collections in the borough. This includes information on the quality of service received on collection days and the details on the experience at the Reuse and Recycle Centres in the borough.
Residents can head to the recycling and waste collections residents satisfaction survey page to take part.
