Please give us the exact location of the problem and any identification numbers on the street lights or signs.

If the fault is an emergency please telephone us on 07483 356231, weekdays between 7am and 5pm. For emergencies outside of these hours please contact the out of hours service on 0300 303 8671.
Street lights and signs on a Red Route
If the street light or sign is on a 'Red Route', it should be reported to Transport for London (TFL). Red Routes run along the A21 from the M25 to the Lewisham boundary at Bromley Hill and the A232 from Locksbottom (Croydon Road) to the boundary with Croydon at West Wickham High Street.
