Access to our extranet
To be granted access to the extranet the following steps must be completed:
- You will have been invited by an extranet site owner to access a specific extranet site
- Information sharing protocol agreement (PDF - 722.36 KB) to be completed
- A director or equivalent must sign a compliance statement on behalf of your organisation. This provides assurance that the policies and procedures necessary to ensure the extranet continues to function effectively will be actively supported and implemented
- Individual users must complete a request for remote access taking particular care to read and understand the Acceptable Use Policy, and then submit the application to the site owner.
- Forms can be completed electronically and emailed to the site owner but they must be sent from the individuals business email address to be accepted without a written signature.
On approval a username and password will be supplied. Extranet access will be reviewed every six months by the site owner.
