Questions about a PCN issued for a bus lane contravention

If you did not own the vehicle at the time of the contravention

Please provide details of the keeper of the vehicle and documentary evidence of the sale/exchange.

If you were not the driver

The registered keeper of the vehicle is liable for the PCN even if someone else was driving. If your vehicle had been stolen at the time of the contravention, please provide a crime reference number and the details of the police station where the crime was reported. If you believe your vehicle number plate has been cloned, please provide photographic evidence which shows the difference between your vehicle and the vehicle in our photographs.
